DelSushi Hours are from 7:00pm and to 2:00am every day.

 
2. WHERE DOES DELSUSHI DELIVER? PDF Print E-mail

DELSUSHI only delivers to the following zipcode areas: 92092,92093,92122,92121 (West of the 805), and 92037 (North of the Governor Drive). If you would like to place a special order for a location outside of this area, please call 858-202-1333, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

The ordering system and DELSUSHI.COM website is authenticated by the latest SSL encryption technology that ensures maximum security. Just like you are trusting us to bring you fresh fish, you can trust us with your payments. If you are still wary, you can always pay with cash.

 
4. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED? PDF Print E-mail

As soon as we receive your order, you will get an email confirmation. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of placing your order, call us at 858-202-1333 to see what is going on and we will fix the problem.

 
5. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? PDF Print E-mail

If you want to change your shipping address, go to the bottom of the first check-out page called "Shipping Address".

Click where it says "Add a new shipping address."

Fill out the new shipping information, and click "Save". This will take you back the original page where the default button should be unselected. Your updated shipping address will not be visible, but the changes have been saved.

If you are unsure if you have correctly saved your new shipping address, simply write your new address in the comments section available on the last page of check-out called "Complete Order".

After you have confirmed your order, you should receive a confirmation email from DelSushi. Check to see if your shipping address is correct. The confirmation email is what we see, so if it's on there, your shipping address has been successfully changed.

 
6. CAN I ORDER BY PHONE? PDF Print E-mail

Yes, you can order by phone. If you order by phone, you must pay with CASH. We would prefer if you used our website, because it is faster and more efficient.

 
7. CAN I MAKE FUTURE/ADVANCE ORDERS? PDF Print E-mail

We accept orders for future dates! You can place your orders up to 6 days in advance. Simply note the time and date you wish your order to arrive in the comments box upon checkout. Advanced orders will be delivered within 10 minutes of the requested time!

 
8. HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST? PDF Print E-mail

Delivery at DELSUSHI has a flat fee of $2.50 per order with minimum of $15.00 including the delivery fee! (and tip is always welcome!)

 
9. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY DELICIOUS SUSHI? PDF Print E-mail

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and cash payments to the driver. We do not accept personal checks.

 
10. WILL THE DRIVER HAVE CHANGE? PDF Print E-mail

The driver will not have over $15 in cash. Please bring the appropriate amount of cash to the driver.

 
11. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY FOOD? PDF Print E-mail

We generally try to deliver your food within 1 hour. When the nights get busy, it may run a little later, but we will try our best. Please be patient! Thanks for your understanding.

 
12. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO? PDF Print E-mail

If you have received a declined transaction for credit card orders due to an address verification mismatch (AVS) or incorrectly input fields, the attempted charge will show on your statement. Authorize.net, our credit card merchant, puts declined transactions on hold for 2 business days and clears the hold after they have resolved the decline. If you have multiple charges showing on your account, wait 2 business days for it to clear. If it does not clear, please feel free to contact us at 858-202-1333
